Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been unable to sign into HP Support Assistant. Every instance when I do I get "Login Failed. Wrong ID or password or the service is not available."

 

From this, I cannot update the drivers on my desktop through Support Assistant as doing so requires me to log in which I cannot seem to do. 

 

I would prefer not to have to install drivers manually.

 

How would be best to go about fixing this? Thanks in advance!
