Hello
indeed, I had not noticed ..
The only option I think I have found would be if we go through the account.
Maybe it is your case, if the software is opened without being connected, it gives some connected devices, the computer and a printer, for example!
I did not find an option to delete indeed!
But I logged into my account, and there it tells me what I had recorded at the time ..
If we click at the top right "show profile"
there we have a cross and we can delete a device ..
Maybe try this
Only I do not know if this will work for the printer once logged out of the account!

Thanks for your assistance everyone. I clicked on the "Create Account/Sign in" button on the top left (I don't have an account). It gave me the option to "view profile". When I clicked on that it showed me the 2 devices and I was able to remove the printer from there. A similar process that was mentioned above.

Hi
well seen @Rayza73
I didn't try like that,
I thought showing profile would not work if not logged in
well done

Yes, indeed I did not pay attention to that ..
If I log in, I actually use my community ID
However I still have to have my first HP account where I registered my devices.
Users do not always have to know that the identifier can be used for everything now.
I do not remember so much, but it seems to me that at the time, we had if we wanted two separate accounts, one for these products, and the other for the forum.
Well i don't know if you will understand me
take care of yourself

The configuration to have all accounts consolidated into one HP Account is a relatively recent change.
The announcement (internal) was made... a couple (or more) months ago?
Meh. Poor Dragon memory. Smiling.
Yes, there are definitely those who still have more than one account for various things.
I would guess the moderators can straighten out anyone (customer) who asks or has trouble.
