Hello all.
I have a Pavilion 590-p0xxx desktop PC running Windows 11. I recently had to do a full system recovery on it and restore everything. It's all working now except for one thing I downloaded HP Support Assistant from the HP website as I have before. Windows 11 is completly up-to-date, but when I try to install HP S.A. I get the following error message:
"This version of HP Support Assistant appears to incompatible with your operating system. You can download a legacy version of HP Support Assistant on our website." Then there's a button that says "Go to download". When I clcik on it, it takes me back to the page where I first downloaded what I believed to be the latest version of S.A. On a hunch, I also went to the Microsoft Store thinking I could download it as an app. But the closest thing I could find was "HP Desktop Support Utilities". I tried to install it, but it kept giving me an error, too.
Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance.
