Solved!

HP Support Assistant asks me to make changes to Hard Drive but whn I say yes, it continues to ask.

HP All in One 46UVMSV
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Programme acts as if it is ready to open, yet keeps asking for permission to make hard drive changes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times yet problem persists.

Good to know that issue is fixed.

However, if you have any data recovery software to retrieve files from the hard, I would suggest, go ahead and use it.

Cheers.
