My HP Support Assistant is broken and doesn't get fix when I try uninstall and re-install, weird thing is that 'about' shows a bad version number => 0.0.0.0.
I already checked here: https://support.hp.com/nl-nl/document/c03626258 to troubleshoot the HP Support Assistant, I can uninstall and I can re-install, but it just won't work any more and the HPSA version is 0.0.0.0, I also did download the latest version from: http://www.hp.com/go/hpsupportassistant.
When I run HPSF.exe (as admin) after re-install I get stuck at this: https://support.hp.com/nl-nl/document/c03626258#AbT6
-> HP Support Assistant is stuck while 'collecting information' <-> and nothing happens
So I'm pretty stuck in circles sort a say

I'll post a screenshot later...
Didn't do much, it just stopped working and uninatalled and when I re-installed things got even wordse 🙈 Only thing that usually happens is Microsoft updates (running Windows 10 x64 completely up2date).

Hi @lksvdd - This seems like a bad installation, it will need a bit of cleanup. I am from the HPSA team, would you mind setting up a remote session with me? If so, please PM me and I can send you details. Thanks!

sure no problem, I appreciate the effort.
I did try an uninstall, cleaned-up left over folders and searched the register, re-installed, but it doesn't fix my problem. I'll sent you a pm.
thanks in advance and with kind regards
