@Dave623 You install it by downloading it from the HPSA page. Once installed, go to Microsoft Store and tap 'Get Updates'. It will then update to the very latest version. However for me personally, the issue remains with this version. I get the error message again whenever I restart Windows.
The team say a newer update should be here on Monday.

I have uninstalled HPSA 9.6.838.0 from my Elite X2 G4. I reboot, then download version 9.6.714.0 from HPSA official page, when I open the file, it extracted the content to my SSD, then start installation. After that the installer just quit, stated tha5 I have a new version on my system,
can you please offer instruction on hopes can I completely uninstall HPSA from my system ao that I can reinstall HPSA on my system?
I think that there are remaking items of the newer version on my system even after uninstalled HPSA already.
please provide instruction on how to completely remove ZHPSA to allow me to reinstall it
thank for support and instruction

I'm fairly certain their most recent update borked the support for it. It installed on november 3rd for me. All the required services are running, and it is only the windows store hpsa that is causing issues.

Hi Everyone,
I am very happy to see some of you guys are already ahead for getting v9.6.838.0 from the store and it's working well. We did release this on the store but only 1% throttle as we are heavily doing more regression testing to ensure it resolves the issue for everyone before we remove the throttle. On Monday I will have a link to directly download and install this same version for everyone who do not wish to go through the store update or those who had uninstalled the version and are getting the message that you already have the latest version.

Why can't HP roll out and push the latest updated version of HPSA when ALL the issues are resolved automatically to HP community just the way the updates were rolled out on November 2, 2020 that has caused all these issues? There are challenges to uninstall/install HPSA. Customers should NOT be put through all these challenges and have to spend days/hours trying to resolve all these issues.
In the future, HP SHOULD communicate with the users community of updates so that we are aware. It took days to receive an answer from HP as what was going on. In the meantime, customers spent unnecessarily days/hours researching the issues in an effort to resolve the issues without any assistance from HP.
Is this version of HPSA compatible to Microsoft's latest Windows 10, 20H2 update?

Same issue, "Application enabling services currently unavailable", followed suggested instructions , even told me to uninstall HPSA and install new version from Support Website. Guess what, the new version from the support website doesn't install because it says that I have a newer version installed and it aborts!!! Now when I reboot HPSA reloaded in my system tray even after uninstalled and I have the same problem.
