I have repaired it, reset several times and it still keeps doing the same thing almost every day. We need a new version of HP Support Assistant. V 9.42.15.0 There is an old version on the site but we need a new version, please

There have not been any HP driver updates for this system and Windows 11 since 2024.

If needful, select Operating System / version
Select "Open all" to expand the list of drivers and software
HPSA is primarily an "update" software / application.
HPSA includes fewer options on an older system for which there are no longer regular HP driver updates.
That said,
If you wish to do so,
HPSA can be uninstalled from Settings > Apps
Windows 11 >> Installed Apps
Windows 10 >> Apps and Features
After HPSA is removed, Restart the computer and log in.
Check at the HP Support Assistant Website for currently available HPSA downloads and information.
If you decide to install the HPSA application -- or leave it installed --
Consider switching OFF the scheduled checks for updates in Settings
No HPSA installed?
Open your computer's support website and check for any driver changes.
Checking once a month is likely sufficient.

Problems HPSA – Uninstall / Reinstall
Make sure the HPSA is completely uninstalled:
- If you tried to install the legacy version of the HPSA, do check / uninstall the software from Programs and Features
- App version of the HPSA would be located in Settings > Apps > Installed Apps
Next,
- Run Windows Updates >> If you wish to do so, check for Optional updates
Next,
- Switch Fast Start OFF
- Shut down the system
- Restart computer
- Download and install HPSA

All good help. Interestingly I have HP Support Assistant v 9.42.15.0. The HPSA site on HP has old version 9: 9.39.17.0. The Software site for this computer has one from 2024 -- v9.33.28.0, also old.
So I am stuck. The computer is not even 2 years old and having all this nonsense with drivers and BIOS, and trouble.

Sorry, I have no magic to offer.
The initial question about HPSA -- answered -- has naught to do with whether newer HP software and drivers are offered for the system.
Perhaps there is a question about your system model --
Is this the right system?
OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)
This model was first released in March 2021.
The latest BIOS for this the system that I find is dated 2022.
Previous BIOS versions are dated 2021.
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 8876)
The system model is more than two years old -- that could well explain why there are not newer drivers available.
I do not have an answer to how to get newer drivers when none are listed.
Perhaps ask a New Question --
A different Expert might know if there is a way to get new drivers when such are not listed for the model.

Thank you sir. The computer is barely 2 years old, from Best Buy. Omen 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV) Product 328S4AA. I begged for a new BIOS and received it 11.21.2024 - AMIF.21; however, it is still not listed on the support website. We do have two Win11 tablets, another brand, that updates at least once a year BIOS, and has updated graphics, network, audio, Bluetooth, and chipset, with weekly notes to check for current updates OR a listed of current updates. One tablet is 3 years old and the other 2 years old (same brand, same model)- big computer company. I have the Omen 30L for painting digitally with a Wacom tablet. I'm in trouble at least once a week.

Why no drivers for a "new" system?
The system might have been sitting on a shelf and "aging" before it was purchased.
?
The HP Store sells devices designed for their respective markets and only as long as the device is manufactured.
Not-HP Stores might continue to sell their inventory until depleted.
How long must new drivers be offered?
No idea -- I tend to install new BIOS / Drivers when they are available.
When that is no longer an option, I either let it go or I replace the device.
I've done both, in fact.
That's me. What I do is not meant to impact or influence what anyone else does.
Perhaps open a new question -- doing so might actually yield the results you seek.
I promise to stay away though I might monitor from afar.

It was an update in updates. However, it needs fixing and I have had to repair it and reset it several times. So, we need another update, but HP has released NO updates except for this v9.42.15.0 in the HP Support Assistant. We need new bios, new network, new Bluetooth and more. They are not support this Omen computer.
