Bonjour,

J'ai installé le logiciel HP Support assistant sur mon ordinateur et je veux désactiver le chatbot du logiciel.
On m'a proposé de télécharger Regshot pour que je change les values dans Regedit mais je ne trouve pas les clés du logiciel dans la liste.
Je cherche sur le forum de HP, je ne trouve que les clés enregistrés sous l'arborescence de hewlett packard mais ces dossiers n'existent pas dans les listes des clés.

Thank you for your answer.

I want to desactivate the option of the chabot in HP Support Assistant.  I do not find the ressource of the application in Regedit,a and the path on windows. How can I solve this isuue ?
