Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to download the Bios for my HP Envy Model 17-j020us but HP Support is not recognizing my serial number nor my product number. I need to update the Bios on my laptop. Can anyone help?

HP retired support for the model series since it is more than 10 years old.

 

I don't think you want to install the latest BIOS update for your PC (F.69).

 

Solved: HP new Bios Update ruined my Envy J021tx 15" laptop - HP Support Community - 6242555
