Here are the WIN 7 drivers.   (I had help).

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

     As I've previously requested multiple times over a number of months; Could you please have HP fix the other HP support website so I can download and directly save the CURRENT VERSIONS of Windows 7 (and Windows 10) driver FILES applicable to SPECIFIC model HP 850-065se desktop computers:

(e.g. specific to HP 850-065se desktop computers, not the incomplete "WIN 7 drivers" link you provided for generic HP 850-000 series PCs) .  Months have now passed, and HP still has not corrected the problem (HP support website specific to HP 850-065se computers still incorrectly only provides Windows 8.1 drivers for HP 850-065se computers).  My new (only one year and ten months old) HP 850-065se computer came with Windows 7 Professional installed by HP.  Other HP customers have previously complained about this very same problem, too; with no timely fix from HP, yet...

 

     And Yes, my new HP 850-065se computer is still covered under a HP warranty (until 10/8/2018 - it is a 3 year warranty)!!!
