HP Z2 Mini G4 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am running the HP Support Assistant which is asking to update some of the drivers, including graphics and ethernet. The process comes to a long pause when it is apparently making a restore point, this can go on for hours and the process doesn't move onto the next step. Any idea what could be the rpoblem?

which version do you have?
Also check the versions of the drivers offered, and the versions currently installed..
Sometimes the easiest way will be to install the downloaded drivers directly:

Hi,

 

I have the latest version of the HP support assistant, I will download the drivers manually, it's strange that it gets stuck at trying to create a restore point, hope HP would solve it eventually.
