Microsoft Windows 11

On a HP Z2 G9 I get the following errors:

HP Sure Run - PC is non compliant

HP Sure Run Driver - Watched Service is not installed.

This is a new error as far as I am aware and started today. Anyone any idea what this means?

HP Sure Run is current version

Windows updates applied

Bios Updated

Hi @High_Viz , Welcome to HP Support Community!

These errors indicate that there might be an issue with the HP Sure Run software or its components. HP Sure Run is a security feature that monitors critical system services and security settings, ensuring they continue to run and aren't tampered with.

Re-check HP Sure Run Installation: Ensure that HP Sure Run and its services are properly installed. Sometimes, updates or installations may fail silently. Reinstall the HP Sure Run package to ensure all components are in place.

Driver and Software Updates: Make sure that all related drivers and software are up-to-date. These can be checked and updated via the HP Support Assistant.

Service Configuration: Verify the services that HP Sure Run monitors. Check the HP documentation specific to your model to ensure those services are installed and configured.

Security Software Conflicts: Ensure there are no conflicts with other security software that might be affecting HP Sure Run’s ability to monitor services.

Review Event Logs: Check the Windows Event Viewer for any logs indicating which service HP Sure Run is unable to monitor or any other relevant logs that might provide more insight.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
