I am user of Mendeley reference manager, and when I try to save Microsoft Word 2016 files with references created with Mendeley, HP Sure Sense detect them as malicious and I cannot save them.
How can I prevent this? Is there any way to deactivate HP Sure Sense with this type of file?

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...
Here's a link to an HP document about the app: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06379792
Good Luck
