HP EliteBook 850 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

(For my short question, just read the big and bold.)

I noticed that there are three drivers installed and enabled on my machine :
- DeepMgmtDriver.sys

- DeepRansomDriver.sys

- DeepStaticDriver.sys

Scary names.

There is no information on the Details tab of the properties of the three drivers.

Google search reveals only a very few questionable foreign (language) sites.

Looking at the modified dates of these files and my installed apps.  The only thing that lines up is

- HP Sure Sense

- HP Sure Sense Installer

Both installed on that date.

Are these three drivers a part of HP Sure Sense?

Thanks.

UPDATE:

I would still LOVE confirmation.

I continued poking around.

If I go to the properties of any of the three drivers, select the "Digital Signatures" tab, there is a "Deep Instinct Ltd." entry.

Did a search, and it looks like Deep Instinct has done quite a bit of collaboration with HP.  In fact, there is a press release about HP SURESENSE.

Looking at the Details of the Deep Instinct Digital Signatures, then clicking the Advanced tab, if i scroll through the details, there is a hex entry that decodes to H P   S u r e   S e n s e.

So, I imagine these three drivers ARE for HP Sure Sense.
