I have now uninstalled HP System Event Utility.

 

Fingers crossed, see if there any adverse effects.

Where can I download this from, in case I do decide to re-install it ?

In the Settings, under Apps and Startup, it is still showing HP System Event Utility Launcher (although it is set to off).

 

This is despite the fact I have uninstalled the HP Systen Event Utility.
