HP t640 Thin Client (5RL91AV)

Good Afternoon,

I'm currently looking into replacing the OS of most of our thin clients (all HP) from Windows 10/7 to a version of ThinPro.

So I've got multiple version of ThinPro (7.1, 7.2 and 8 installed on various HP Thin Clients (T620, T630, T540, T640) to test and see how it works for us, which for a little while was good. The whole point of switching to ThinPro was to try to continue using some of our older devices and it seems like a good solution.

The only thing is, is that last week a pretty big issue cropped up. The way we had our devices configured was using FireFox to connect to Citrix. Which, just stopped working out of nowhere last week for all devices and all versions of ThinPro. What happens is if you click the shortcut to our Citrix URL it loads fine, takes you to the login page, allows the login then gets stuck on a white screen.

We have not been able to find a fix at all.

Some devices we've been able to get a workaround going by using the Citrix Workspace App instead of FireFox which is fine but the fix does not work for all devices (Primarily the old T620's).

I'm just seeing if anyone else has had a similar issue or have any guidance for me, while it does work using CWA, I'd still like some assistance in trying to figure out what happened so we can potentially continue using our T620's and be prepared to avoid having anything like this happen again.
