I know it's an unusual question, but is there any way I can download the HP Tour Guide program? The one with the little character called Victor.

Sorry, it looks like that software was discontinued in the early 2000s, and all the models HP released with it are no longer supported, which means you won't find it on HP's website anywhere. But you might be able to find it online somewhere. I did a little poking around and found this Sound Effects Wiki with a link to a download...but, standard warnings for downloading software from a random site apply. I can't guarantee this is safe, so please proceed with caution.
