HP Updates - Trusted Platform Module Problem

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just updated a bunch of HP Updates and NOW, My Microsoft Outlook will not send emails.  They go into my Outbox.

The ERROR for Microsoft is 80090016 and says a problem with Trusted Platform Module???

I go online and just decided to RE_LOAD the entire Microsoft 365 to try and fix.

All other attempts did not work.

Did anyone else run into this problem and if so, how did you fix?

I understand that you are unable to open the Microsoft outlook.


Office 365, Microsoft has a tool you can download and run to solve the most common technical issues.

Download the link below, then run it.

Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365


If the issue still persists, try creating a new user account on your computer.


Go to  and follow the steps to create a new user account.
