Hi, thank you for keeping in contact with me.

What Asus utlity are you talking about? Is it "ASUS Manager" and all its sub-apps? I can't uninstall it, the setup.exe just won't open...

As mentioned on the link I had shared, it seems to be an Asus Manager preinstalled on the device with motherboard information, etc...

Please go through the link as it has helped a few others obtain a solution to this concern.

Solved uninstalling ASUS Manager Suite, installing the PCI-E USB card (an INATECK 5 ports) and updating to WIN10 INSIDER build 17101.1000 (fast ring). THANK YOU!!!
