HP Win 7/10 Thinclient, can't change user

Hello,

We are using around a hundred t530 and t640, so both on Win7 Embedded and Win10 Embedded.

Multiple users works on them and we have a big issue because each time a user go away and the computer auto lock after 15 min, the next user can't connect without removing power from the thin client to reboot it as the "Switch user" button is not displaying.

This is not a domqin issue as the other computers don't have this problem.

Hello, we found the solution.

By default the registry key "HideFastSwitching" is set to 1

Set it to 0 and will have acces to the change user button after a user locked his session.
