After an update to Sure Click HP Wolf Security attempted to reinitialise and failed prompting user re-initialisation which has also failed
Two weeks later. Today SureClick / Wolf re-inialized just fine (HP Sure Click Version 184.108.40.206 / Windows 10 20H2 on a ZBook G5). 😀 Don't give up, try again.
