HP Z840 Base Model Workstation

I have 2 desktop Win 10   PCs, an HP Z840 and an old Dell. Both have Bluetooth activated (blue icon present in taskbar).

On HP Z840, when I  turn on my bluetooth headphone  and search for BT devices it is not found on the apparatus list , whereas the Dell finds and connects it.

 

When I search for bluetoothdevices in "Apparatus and Bluetooth" , my headphone shows up but fails to connect (no reaction from device).

It is also absent in the apparatus list.

What is wrong, and who can help me ??
