HP accessory center does not work - it shows a white window (blank). After I've connected a HP 435 Multi-Device Wireless Mouse, the HAC was automatically installed (I presume) but I entered the MS Store and installed the current update. This updated version 2.8.2912 doesn't work. On another Win10 PC I connected the mouse and the HAC was automatically installed and works (but it is the version 2.6.2837). Is there any way to get the working version to the first PC? There is obviously a trigger which loads the app when a new HP hardware is connected (mouse, keyboard..). Is there any way to use this process a second time? I've tried to uninstall app and mouse but I always get the current 2.8.2912 and not the 2.6.2837 like the first time... Troubleshooting like repair and reset the app didn't help.

I just checked HP accessory center on two other PC's and it was updated to the current 2.8.2912 - but is still working. So the problem does not have to do with the version of the app, as I had assumed (hoped). But what else could possibly prevent HPAC from running?

Thank you. I have been on the phone with support as suggested. It was very frustrating. They wouldn't help me because the PC where the error occurs is not from HP. But it's not about the PC but about the mouse and its utility. This should work on any Windows 10 PC! If not, HP Accessories should come with a warning "don't buy if you don't have a HP computer". Is there no way to find the error? I have tried Repair, Reset and Reinstall of the App without success.
Btw. I am not the only one with the problem. If you search for it, there have already been a few cases. Unfortunately, you never find out the successful solution, but it is always settled "privately".
