I cannot sign in to my HP account. Only was able to sign in right now because I signed in with my Google account. Which I didn't want to do but I cannot receive help without signing in 🤦🏼‍♀️ It's a circle. Obviously I also cannot sign in to my HP Smart app on my laptop or my phone.

I sympathize with you. I frequently forget that my popup blocker "ublock origin" is enabled. More often than not the login part of a web site is handled by a different domain and that also needs to be unblocked.

I rarely use Firefox.  I keep it available for those sites that I have problems with.  It occasionally will show a dialog box that is not visible in Edge or Chrome.  I  have not seen problems in HP community like I have seen in Coinbase or Txbit site;/.

You might consider adding a separate profile in Chrome just for working with forums and communities like HP.   If you know the forum is "safe" you can set the homepage to the forum and not use any blockers.

I do not know how long it will take before you can reset your password or attempt another login.

Thank you for using HP products and posting to the community.
