HP care pack registration in Canada, anyone else had a problem registering purchased care packs?. I have spent a total of 8 hours over two days both on the phone and online trying to register my 3 year care pack, getting switched to the U.S side and in Canada only Spanish speaking on the English side.

Now even though I purchased my desktop and care pack from HP Canada I have had to email everything to [Private information removed].

 

Had to use web mail as the installed software would not let me attach and send the files ???

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
