I don't recognize "HP One Agent" -- generally speaking, agent apps or services can at least be disabled, I think.
One Drive is a Microsoft service -- Use is completely voluntary.
Sign out of One Drive to limit access.
If you have data in the One Drive hierarchy, be careful of deleting the data.
Best you read about One Drive and decide how you want to proceed.

Turn off, disable, or uninstall OneDrive
