Product: HP rp5800 Retail System
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I apologize if I put this on the wrong board or gave any incorrect information.

 

Windows' troubleshooter told me that that the PCI Serial Port doesn't have a driver. When I went to device manager to find/update this driver Windows said that it "could not find drivers for your device." On the HP support website, I couldn't find the OS my computer is currently on and under the "Drivers for HP products that are not supported for a specific OS" it told me to come here and either search existing threads or create a new thread. Do y'all have any alternative drivers or workaround? I want to be able to use these empty CD's I've got.
