Product: deskjet 2548
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP support says I have updates for my Deskjet 2548. Unable to download the update as it keeps saying I need to sign in. I have signed to HP Support Assistant and HP.com. The printer is on and I do not know what else to sign into?

@scottyj96 -- are you trying to download from: HP Deskjet 2548 All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

 

Be sure to select "Windows" and "11", before trying to download.

 

I think that you have been trying to logon to a "third-party" (non-HP) web-site.
