Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

Hard Reset: Follow steps from the link: https://hp.care/2GnkMa8.

BIOS default:

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
  2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
  3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
  4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
  5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
  6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Next In Windows, search for and open Control Panel.

  1. Click User Accounts.

    Figure: User Accounts

    User Accounts
  2. In the User Accounts window, click User Accounts.

    The User Accounts window opens.

    Figure: User Accounts

    User Accounts selected
  3. Click Change User Account Control settings.

Figure: Make changes to your user account

Change User Account Control settings selected
  4. Move the slider up or down to set the User Account Control settings.

To turn off User Account Control, move the slider to the bottom (Never notify).

Figure: Choose when to be notified about changes to your computer

Choose when to be notified about changes to your computer
  5. Click OK.

User Account Control now notifies you about changes to your computer according to your personalized notification setting.
And This document is for Managing User Accounts and Logins (Windows 10)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

With HP support we tried the reset of the bios settings to standard.

After that the warning doesn't pop up

But

The next message is a update for Bios settings. After installing that update the warning message pops up again.

Course is the combination hp support assist with the latest Bios update.

Hp support is working on a solution.

@Stx1300 That's awesome, although, does that mean the issue now, completely resolved? If not, please elaborate and we'll be happy to help,

If yes, we are happy the update did the trick.

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
