HP Device Manager

Hi

I really hope someone can help me.

For a while now I have had a problem with HP Device Manager.

I moved from a Windows 10 to a MS Server 2019, because I wanted to deploy images to our T530 clients.

But after the move, when I send a task to a client it start processing and ends at a 100% and then nothing happens.

The firewall on the server is turned off, I have checked with the HPDM Port Check Tool, but cannot figure out what the problem is.

I see other posts like mine, but I don't see any solution ?

I have had the same issue with hpdm server 5.0.12 and hpdm agent 4.7.
Once disabling the write filter and upgrading the agent to 5.0 allows the task to be completed.

The agent.log records the error "CReportSender::SSL Accept fail."
I would like to know how to resolve the root cause.

Start HPDM Configuration Center.

Go to HPDM Server menu.

Set SSL/TLS 1.0 support to YES.

Go to HPDM Gateway menu.

Extend Advanced options.

Set TLS 1.0 compatibility to Yes.

Then, HPDM Agent 4.7 will respond to Server 5.0.12.
