Hi,
I have newly bought the Mini PC Prodesk 400 and the HPSA doesn't show updates or connect to the HP Servers, how can I solve that issue? I tried reinstalling HPSA to no prevail.

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...
Do you know for a fact that the PC is connected to the Internet and has access? If it was not connected or did not have access, you would see just this kind of problem.
Also, the servers do go down every now and then -- so since this has been three days now, you should try again.
And, can you connect to other locations on the Internet, or is the problem just with the HP servers?

Hi, thanks for the response, I actually gave up on getting any.
Of course my PC was connected to the internet. There was a new windows update and after that the issue seems to have fixed itself, HPSA finds updates now.
