Hi @thesonofthecros,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error message indicating that HP Support Assistant (HPSA) is not compatible with your HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27 is likely due to compatibility issues between the latest version of HPSA and your current OS or hardware configuration. Here are some steps to resolve this issue.
Check for System Updates
- Ensure your Windows 11 is up to date:
- Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
- Install all available updates, including optional ones.
Uninstall Old or Corrupt Versions of HPSA
- Open Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Locate HP Support Assistant and uninstall it if present.
- Restart your PC.
Download the Latest Version of HPSA
- Visit the official HP Support Assistant download page.
- Download the latest version compatible with your system.
- Ensure the downloaded file is specifically labeled for Windows 11.
Run the Installer with Compatibility Mode
- Right-click the HPSA installer file.
- Select Properties > Compatibility.
- Check Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows 10.
- Click Apply and then run the installer.
Use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Tool
- If HPSA still doesn’t install, consider using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics as an alternative for system checks and updates.
- Download it from HP's Diagnostics page.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
