Lately, when I run HPSA Performance Tune-up, the history from the Firefox browser can't be cleaned!?

just a suggestion because dissatisfied with this tool which leaves little choice
use ccleaner , you can check what exactly will be deleted before!
Otherwise, try to close firefox before, manually if already open

[edit]

forget ,
I tried, firefox closes automatically, same message
I started again, opened firefox, then closed manually
Started again, and same message, maybe firefox protection
in short, no problem with cclaner, it's up to you, but in your place I wouldn't waste my time with this

Thank you for your reply.

In the past I used CCleaner, but since it changed ownership, I'm not using it anymore because of privacy issues.

And I use mutiple tools to cleanup my computer and I also cleanup files manually. The HPSA performance Tuneup was another tool to help cleanup my PC. It worked fine until a few weeks ago and I think it's a software issue that HP should fix i.m.h.o.

yes  I indicate ccleaner, because I've been using it for many years, there are actually others
Now it's up to you, but installing a multitude of software for the same thing is not the best thing to do.
As I said, this tool of Hpsa, does not bring anything particular, if you use others, totally useless!
Now if a bug is found there is an option for, "comments"
there's no point talking about it here, the developers, sure won't see it here
