Hdmi Usage

HP Recommended
All-In-One Model No. 23-r110
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I connect my ps4 to my computer, cause I've been looking online for like an hour and couldn't find any possible solutions.

Your machine has following ports at its back

 

Figure : Back I/O panel
SentinelsNT back I/O panel
  1. DC power in
  2. Power LED
  3. LAN (Ethernet)
  4. HDMI
  5. USB 2.0: 3

 

It does NOT HDMI in port (por #4 id HDMI out) therefore you can't not connect your PS4 to it.
