Well you see ive tried to factory reset my pc for 3 days now and it always failed i went as far as too uninstall everything from the pc!!!! Nothing works please help someone wants tk buy it tmr!!!

Hi:
If the factory reset option isn't working, the only suggestion I can offer would be to clean install W10.
You can clean install W10 by using the media creation tool at the link below to create installation media. You will need either an 8 GB USB flash drive or you can download the ISO file which you can burn to a DVD.

The tool will automatically make the USB installation media for you, but if you prefer the DVD, download the ISO file and you can use the utility I zipped up and attached below to transfer the ISO file to a DVD. so that it is bootable.
After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
