The following update - Hewlett-Packard - USB - 11/11/2018 12:00:00 AM - 49.0.4395.18315 fails to install and gives the error code as - "Install error - 0x80070103".
I have checked my system and it shows as installed and looking online it appears it tries to reload as there a J & H version or something. I've looked to see if I can uninstall to reinstall this update but can not find an option.
All I'd like to do is to remove the update which keeps trying to install.

@JRB20, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
The error code 0x80070103 typically appears when attempting to install a driver that is already installed or when there's an incompatible driver version. Here's how you can attempt to resolve this issue:
Check for Duplicate Drivers: Verify if the driver you are attempting to install is already installed on your system. If it is, the error may be indicating this duplication.
Windows Update Troubleshooter: Utilize the Windows Update Troubleshooter to detect and fix issues related to driver installations.
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Update, and run the troubleshooter.
Download Latest Driver: Access the official HP website to download the latest drivers compatible with your computer model.
- Visit HP Drivers Page and enter your PC model (HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000i) to find relevant updates.
Manual Installation: Try manually installing the driver through Device Manager.
- Open Device Manager.
- Right-click on your device and select Update Driver.
- Choose Browse my computer for driver software and navigate to the location where you downloaded the latest driver.
Remove Temporary Files: Ensure there are no temporary files that might be causing a conflict.
- Use Disk Cleanup to remove unnecessary files.
- Go to Settings > System > Storage and select Free up space now.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
