Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r029

Hewlett-Packard - USB - 51.4.4860.2211 Update will not download -  but it won't let me update my Windows 10 daily updates. It seems frozen! it was already installed April 2022, so why is it wanting to install the same thing?  Please advise.

 

PS I did not know what board to choose for my question.

My computer was recently updated with a few installations. I haven't taken a clear look at them.

Hi:

 

I have zipped up and attached the Microsoft Hide Windows Updates utility below.

 

Download, unzip and run the utility.

 

A window will open, and you click Next to run the utility.

 

If should find the Hewlett-Packard - USB - 51.4.4860.2211 Update,

 

Check the box to hide the update and the utility will run again and report the problem is fixed.

 

Restart the PC and if the update is still there, try running it and it should disappear.
