Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-1070m CTO

This PC keeps restarting on it's own and giving blue screen errors 

I told to try updating the Bios and was told to go here

Which my PC say there all out of date 

Hp Support Assistant gives me a different version of the bios then the one in the link AMI F35 but when I try to install those I get a not enough space error 

Please help?
