I have installed VTx. It seems that the only thing that is holding me back from being able to install a virtual machine is the fact that "Hypervisor" is greyed out in Control Panel and I have not been able to find a way to turn it on. Can someone please advise how to do this? I do not see anything to do with this in the BIOS. TIA.

Greetings,
Welcome back to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
I see you ran the MS CoreInfo utility.
Check this HP Support doc (Link), Computer Setup-Security settings for virtualization options.
Then enable Windows Hypervisor Platform in Control Panel, Programs and Features, Turn windows features on or off.
This should enable SLAT.
I would not know why SLAT is not enabled if you are doing all required operations??
Added thought and info, your system may not support SLAT. Your posted image agrees with the following image extracted from the link below showing a CPU that is not SLAT compatible:
Check this site (Link) for more info.
