Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I was just provided a work laptop with all my company profiles and network. I am trying to get my work laptop (HP Z-Book) as the main display but cannot extend it to my home desktop (HP All-in-one), which also has a DELL gaming monitor as a secondary display screen. So, there are three screens total, with the work laptop as the source of info, or main screen.  

I purchased a splicer or adapter port with USB-C / USB / HDMi ports but cannot seem to configure it correctly...Help please
