Where can I get the HP BIOS recovery tool download and how to do I create a recovery flash drive?

 

I also need to do this for my HP Pavilion  laptop as well. How do I do that too?

According to the parts list for your PC, it has an ArcticU motherboard with a BIOS family SSID of 8A97.

 

HP PartSurfer
