I followed instructions but my TV DVD player says "cannot play disc"  but I can play video on computer

I've had that happen to me too.

 

If you try to copy a DVD it doesn't always work.

 

Some programs you have to finalize the disk to work on all devices.

 

Did you try the cyberlink power 2 go DVD burning program?

 

CyberLink Power2Go is an imedia burning software that allows users to burn data, music or video discs. CyberLink Power2Go offers support for CDs, DVDs, HD DVDs, and Blu-ray discs, and also includes features for disc copying.
