HP closed my case [Personal Information Removed] without resolution when I upgraded W10 to W11 and lost the use of MS Office (pre installed) but I noticed the following:

Hi Team,

Recently my Hp laptop OS get corrupted due to force shutdown of the machine. Which caused me to recover/re-install the new OS in my machine. After installing the Windows 11 OS, now I'm not able to install MS Office in the machine.

 

Could you please help me to recover my MS Office suit?
