Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have never seen my recovery key, and suddenly when I turned on the computer a blue screen appeared asking me to enter the recovery key, how can I get that key? Since I can't do anything and it only gives me the option to format my computer or exit and continue with Windows 11 (which I don't know what this means either)

 

I would appreciate any help or solution.

If you are referring to a Bitlocker recovery key being needed, see the info at the link below:

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If that information doesn't help, you will have to reinstall Windows on the drive since it is encrypted, and all of the data is forever inaccessible.
