HP Pavilion h8-1260t w/ Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
PC originally had Windows XP installed. Numerous errors following the upgrade to Windows 10 prompted a reset/restore. Can you help me reinstall the factory-installed Microsoft Office 2010 Professional edition? I have the key but cannot seem to find or run any app that allows me to perform the reinstall. Because this was factory-installed by HP, Microsoft will not honor the key on their website...
Thanks

In all honesty, I don't believe you are going to be able to get that back.
The version that came preloaded was an HP OEM version and neither Microsoft nor HP makes those available separately.
In addition, HP would not carry Office 2010 versions today; instead, they would carry Office 365 -- and any product key you had for Office 2010 would not work with that.
There may be places on the Internet where you could obtain an HP OEM version of Office 2010 -- but we are not permitted to assist you with those in any way.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
