Doesn't your PC have "HP Support Assistant" (HPSA) installed? If so there is a diagnostic module included. If not then find out if HPSA is supported by your PC model and, if it is, then install it and run it.

I would like to help

 

To check the Hardware Functionality please run an Extensive System test

 

- Shut down the Computer completely

- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.

- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.

- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
