Welcome to the HP Forum.
Transferring data from one PC to a different PC can be done easily.
Copy the data in your user directory and other locations you created on the old PC to an external USB drive.
Connect the USB drive to the new PC. Copy the data from the external USB drive to a folder of your choice on the new PC.
It gets a little trickier if you want to copy: data, user settings, and installed programs from the old PC to a new PC.
You might need licensed software to do this. i have used LapLink's PC Mover Pro software in the past.
Search the Internet to see if free software is available. I don't know how reliable PC Mover Pro or free PC mover software would be at this time.
