How do I update the drivers for motherboard BIOS HP 8860 A (SMVB) if I even can?

I need help updating my BIOS System for my motherboard if I even can, I have tried to use HPs Software and Drivers tab and detect my computer and so on to be greeted with "We're sorry, HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later." I have an AMI F.10, 7/29/21 as of right now and just want to check if I'm up to date.

(1) Create Windows system <restore point>

(2) Download and install BIOS Update
