How do you change the start up screen picture?  The one that displays when the start up sequence asks for the login password; before the desktop icons and the Windows personalization picture  displays.  This picture used to rotate from day to day, but now just displays the same (ugly) scene.

Thank you for the quick response and links.  They tell me what to do. However, when i tried to change the lock screen selection to Windows Spotlight, the small screen display on the lockscreen setting page just shows a blank grey screen with the rotating dot pattern like it is trying to do something.  It never stops.  If I then close the settings page and reopen it, it shows my old lock screen picture; i.e nothing has changed.  So unfortunately I still have a problem.
