To assist you better please provide me with the complete computer model or product number
You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.
Meantime I suggest you run a Malware scan on your computer to ensure there is no Virus or Malwares
Also run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests
